Katie Holmes - Sooo Kissable

Defamer via JJB posted these nasty pictures of the rash Katie Holmes picked up from either Tom Cruise or the water while in Rome last week. I couldn't help myself and had to post them, too.
I've had hickeys in my lifetime, but have never seen anything quite like this. Ick and ouch.
