First, it was the fake television reporters that the Bush administration used as real reporters in video hand-outs that they sent to various media outlets to promote their Medicare prescription drug program. Now it comes out that his Education Department actually also PAID real pundits to support the No Child Left Behind Act: $240,000 to Armstrong Williams.
